ALL Licence Renewals submitted by post MUST include a completed Licence Renewal Form.
PLEASE NOTE that payments will NOT be accepted over the telephone if a completed Licence Renewal Form has not already been submitted to the BHRC.

ANY incorrect or incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant.
