It is with much sadness that I am letting you all know of the death of Janet Bulman from Bolton, Appleby. Wife of Colin and mother to Jackie and Andrea. Janet was a great supporter of harness racing, her and Colin owned, bred and raced horses for many years. Janet will be greatly missed by both family and friends.
