    James and Richard Haythornthwaite did UK harness racing proud on Wednesday night at Geelong in Victoria, Australia with two polished drives.

    James drove the 4-YO Three Strikes Back, a gelding who had shown nothing prior to this race, into an in touch 7th place in the opening pace.

    The final race, a trot, saw Richard steer Eureka Encounter home into a fairly close third.

    On Thursday the brothers will be in action at the big Yarra Valley Meeting.

    For each of the next three months, TROTBritain is staging two LeTrot races tagged onto the Thoroughbred race meetings at Chelmsford City Racecourse over a distance of 1 mile 1 furlong.

    The first of the three meetings come on August 15th, and then the 30th of September and the finale on 12 October.
