The BHRC are pleased to announce the recruitment of Heulwen Bulman as full time Secretary to the organisation.
Heulwen has excellent credentials, not only is she highly qualified for this role, she has a passion for harness racing and will be familiar with a great many license holders both in Britain and Ireland, having been a major driving force behind the highly successful Aberystwyth Meeting.
The office in Goole will continue to be operated by our Office Administrator Hollie Sutcliffe, who has been a real asset to the BHRC and will work in conjunction with Heulwen.
Heulwen will commence duties in February, we will advise as to changes to the hours of business and contact details in the coming weeks.
