The Handicap Panel appointed in 2015 would like to canvas the views of Licence Holders on the issue of handicapping.
Please if you are licensed for 2015 can you complete this survey and return to the BHRC asap.
The completed replies will be submitted to the Handicap Panel to aid them in their review of the handicapping for Harness Racing under BHRC rules.
