Dear Licence Holders & Members

I feel obliged to offer a personal apology to all licence holders and members. When I was elected in 2014 I made a promise to see change to the BHRC Constitution and bring in a one man one vote system – a promise I have not fulfilled, in fact an area where I have dramatically failed, hence an apology.

At the most recent BHRC AGM, the issue of changing the Constitution received the support of the Directors. Since then progress has been tardy; the issue not seeming to be as much a priority for some as it is for me as Chairman.

I will endeavour to push on with this issue – A Change IS Gonna Come.
