The BHRC would like to bring the following to the attention of anyone who intends to race under the BHRC Rules and Regulations during the 2019 season:-

S35. Road Racing in any form is absolutely forbidden, and it is illegal for any licence holder to participate in such racing. Any licence holder participating in Road Racing in any capacity shall be subject to a mandatory fine of not less than £3,000 and warning off for a period of not less than three years.
