The BHRC, along with the Wales and West members, would like to send our deepest sympathy to Michael Bevan on the passing of his beloved wife Olwen, the devoted mother of Michelle, David and James.
They have always been great supporters of harness racing for many years with the Wales and West Association as well as the Wales and Borders Counties, so we send our love and Condolences to all the Bevan family at this very sad time
