Mr DAVID TAFF

• A disciplinary hearing was convened on Saturday 26th August 2017 to examine an issue under section S42 of unpaid fines and costs due by Mr David Taff.
• The disciplinary panel consisted of BHRC Stewards; Lisa Knott, Jackie Maguire and Jason Podmore.
• The panel heard submissions from Mr Taff.
• The panel determined that due to non-payment of fines and costs, Mr David Taff would be a Warned Off person from 27th August 2017 under Section S42 of the BHRC Rules and Regulations. The panel clarified to Mr Taff that under section V8 of the rules he would not be permitted to attend any recognised meeting under the rules of racing of the BHRC, or enter the stables or premises of any racecourse licensed by the Stewards of the BHRC.
