FIXTURES

The BHRC had a fixtures group this year which was made up of members of the Board of Directors, Track Representatives, a professional driver and a bookmaker.  All tracks/promoters were given an opportunity to submit dates for race meetings by an advertised date.  After this date the group met twice to arrange a fixtures list to accommodate promoters and produce a balanced schedule.  Where promoters had not put in dates, reminders were issued to give them an opportunity.  Fixtures were then published as draft before finally being agreed.

The BHRC are happy to accommodate any promoter with new or additional dates where the new fixture is not likely to impact on the fixtures already agreed.
