If anyone has any suggestions and/or comments on the current handicapping system, Please can you send an email to bhrc.office@yahoo.co.uk before 3pm Tomorrow (Tuesday 24th October 2017) So they can be discussed at the handicap panel meeting on Wednesday evening. Thank You.
