CLEARANCE TO RACE

The BHRC Horse Database (accessed from the website) is up-dated daily.  All trainers should check that their horse/s is showing on the database (and is therefore cleared to race) before making an entry. If your horse is not showing on the database please phone the office.

From Monday 7^th June, where horses are entered, that are clearly not eligible to race, they will have their entry returned along with a £5 administration charge. This is not a route we want to pursue, but unfortunately too much office time is being taken up trying to clear horses that are clearly not eligible to run.  This then means Heulwen either has to work well into the night in order to get information ready, or cannot get information to race promoters within the scheduled timetable.
