It’s with great sadness and regret to inform all who knew John Duggan he sadly lost his battle with cancer. He was a lover of our sport of harness racing and was a top owner in his day, his prefix was well known throughout harness racing, he also dabbled with thoroughbreds but his real love was our sport.
I’m sure we speak for all, condolences to his family from the family of the sport he loved.
Goodbye John. RIP.
