Pro-Forma advice notes have been issued to Licence Holders.
The pro-forma covers fees up to 28th February 2015. Please notes fees increase by 20% after this date.
Licences will NOT be renewed unless a completed Licence Renewal Form is submitted to the BHRC.

REMINDERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED
