The registered owner and guest of each horse will be admitted entry to the track, providing all the names of the attendees are registered at the BHRC Office by 5pm Wednesday, July 1st.
It must be noted if an owner should have more than one horse racing only one nominated guest is permitted to accompany the owner (not a different guest for each horse).
In the case of syndicates, a maximum of two owners will permitted (no guests if it means exceeding two).
Owners are reminded, along with all other attendees, to wear face masks and to be prepared to be screened on arrival at track.
All the current regulations in the published protocols will remain.
(This applies to York, other tracks may not be able to activate the admission of owners until the further relaxing of government regulations)
