Due to a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the 2020 Season, it has been decided to implement a Penalty Free programme.
All handicap races in 2020 through until a date to be agreed in 2021 will be penalty free. There will be no monies limit and no limit to the number of wins.
Normal rules apply to Maiden & Novice races.
There will be no changes to the conditions concerning Stakes races.
No runs during the penalty free season will count towards a lift in 2021 but the aged lift will be in place.
