It is with regret that the BHRC announce that Lord Lipsey has resigned his position as President of the BHRC.
The BHRC would like to thank Lord Lipsey for all he has done for the sport since his election in 2004; Working very hard with bookmakers, raising the profile of the sport, supporting fixtures and even competing in the odd charity match race. Words are not sufficient to express the gratitude of the BHRC and the sport of Harness Racing.
We would like to wish Lord Lipsey well for the future and trust we will still see him in the crowds at upcoming fixtures.
