Rule Change for 2 year olds

The following rule was discussed and passed at the 2020 AGM:-
“From 1st August each season 2 year olds be allowed to race within 7 days of their previous race however before 1st August, 2 year olds aren’t allowed to race twice within a 7 day period, 2 year olds may not race twice in one day”
