SHRC 2yo Futurity & 3yo Derby 2018
SHRC 3yo Derby will be held on Friday, 15th June 2018 @ Corbie Wood.
SHRC 2yo Futurity will be held on Sunday, 16th September 2018 @ Corbie Wood.
Nominations close on Sunday, 1st April 2018.
Nomination Fee of £40 must be paid for each horse entered at this time.
Entry forms can be downloaded from BHRC website (bhrc.org.uk)
Sustaining Fee of £40 for each entry will be due by Tuesday, 1st May for both 2yo & 3yo. This must be paid by due date to stay eligible for event(s).
Final race fee of £20 for each entry will be due approx 2 weeks before each event. This must be paid by the due date to stay eligible for event(s).
3yo due by Friday, 1st June 2018
2yo due by Saturday, 1st September 2018.
SHRC 3YO DERBY – SUPPORTED BY THE STAGBI BREEDERS BONUS IN 2018.
For 2018 STAGBI will once again be awarding the Breeders Bonus and adopt the same programme of funding for 2017 (i.e. £500 to the STAGBI selected race in each category, with £100 to any Group 1 race not selected).

For horses foaled in 2015/2016.
Conducted under BHRC rules.
Both events to consist of straight races (no final), 8 or less runners =1 race, 9-16 runners = 2 races, 17-24 runners = 3 races.
Purse will be evenly distributed between each race (i.e. 100%, 50%/50% or 33%/33%/33%).
Colts and fillies may be split provided that splitting them does not affect the above condition in that no more races are staged than necessary (3YO colts and fillies to be split).
Both sexes have at least 4 declarations on race night.
No split will be made for owner/trainer/driver.
Prize money will be paid to 5th place if one race, or 3rd place if 2 or more races are staged.
All races over one mile.
Fees must accompany nominations.
Fees are non-refundable and must be paid to remain eligible. No refunds will be given.
SHRC added prize money £500 per event.
Post positions will be drawn by ballot.
Horses must meet qualifying standards.
