With the current Welsh Covid-19 restrictions in mind, the forthcoming meetings at Tir Prince will be heavily regulated and only licenced Trainers, Drivers, Grooms and Officials will gain entrance.
Please note all Grooms – One groom per stable or 2 grooms with stables that have 3 or more horses entered. Individuals fulfilling this role must be a BHRC licence holder.

Unfortunately, Owners will not be admitted but will be given priority as soon as the current government restrictions ease.

All persons attending must pay and register beforehand by calling 01745 345123 and provide full details for track and trace. All attendees must be cleared to attend by Tir Prince Raceway.

All persons attending must agree to have their temperature taken on the gate.

The wearing of Face Masks is mandatory and attendees are required to maintain Social Distancing.

It is expected North Wales Police will be in attendance at the gate ensuring that these guidelines are adhered to, any person who attempts to gain unauthorized admittance will be refused entry and the meeting cancelled. Please respect this.
