The Vincent Delaney Memorial committee in conjunction with the Irish Harness Racing Association has confirmed that the 2020 VDM weekend will be held on August 15-16th at Portmarnock Raceway, Dublin, Ireland.

Fresh off the record-breaking success of the 2019 festival, the committee along with the IHRA have exciting plans in place for the 2020 event with the most notable being purse increases in the VDM Finals with the winners of the 2-year-old fillies and colts guaranteed €15,000, with no increase in nomination fees.

“This is all possible because of our committed American sponsors, Diamond Creek Farm and Hanover Shoe Farms,” said VDM spokesperson Derek Delaney, “This group has shown year after year their commitment to Irish racing and we are extremely lucky to have them on board as our partners.”
