1. The Series will be open to Mares registered to run under BHRC in Grades Maiden/Novice/Grade 1 & 2
2. Mares will be 4YO+
3. The series will be based on 20 horses entering. If less than 20 horses enter by the first leg of the series, entries will be taken from any eligible horse during the season, all horses will pay the full Series fee
4. Based on 20 horses there will be 10 races hosted throughout the season. If less horses are entered, the number of races will be amended as follows – 1 race per 2 horses
5. The total purse per race will be £450: 1st – £340, 2nd – £70, 3rd – £40, based on an entry of 10 horses entering. If less than 10 horses enter a race, £25 entry fee per horse will be deducted from the purse and prize money will be as follows:
   10 Horses: 1st – £340, 2nd – £70, 3rd – £40
   9 Horses: 1st – £325, 2nd – £60, 3rd – £40
   8 Horses: 1st – £300, 2nd – £60, 3rd – £40
   7 Horses: 1st – £280, 2nd – £60, 3rd – £35
   6 Horses: 1st – £270, 2nd – £50, 3rd – £30
6. Series fee will be £50 per horse payable to WWHRA
7. Entry fee for each race will be £25
8. All races to be run as Open Preferred Handicaps (OPH)
9. Race distances will vary, at the discretion of the promoter, to be advertised in advance
10. Monies won will be carried to the horses national handicap mark
11. The series will be run at Wales and West HRA tracks
12. All owners of horses entered in the series must be a Wales and West Member (£15)
