The fixture at Wolverhampton, organised by Shane Fletcher, will be staged on one day only in 2015 – Friday 12th June.
This concession is out of respect to Pikehall who have already made arrangements for their fixture. The aim is to build an additional fixture into the racing calendar without jeopardising those already established. However, Dunstall Park have pencilled in a two day Harness Racing fixture for June 2016 which fits around Thoroughbred events. Exact dates will be confirmed in Autumn so there is time to liaise with other Harness Racing promoters. It is hoped that the Wolverhampton fixture will progress and become a premier meeting for the sport.
A race schedule for 2015 will be available shortly, with stabling and accommodation at the racecourse.
